Nooki is a mobile app that makes it easy to book cleaning services with automatic pricing. With Nooki, a clean space is just a few clicks away.
The goal of the project was to create an intuitive and user-friendly mobile application dedicated to cleaning services, along with a dedicated Landing Page. The app needed to include all necessary features for both users and service providers. We identified three main user roles within the application: Clients, Employees, and Administrators. In addition to creating an application, our task was to develop a comprehensive visual brand identity, including a logo. The design needed to be attractive, pleasant to the eye, and memorable. The scope of work for the application included designing the overall brand identity, creating the UX/UI for the application, programming the mobile application using the cross-platform technology Flutter, developing an administrator panel (FireCMS), and creating a Landing Page.
We designed and created a mobile application that is user-friendly both visually and functionally. Ordering cleaning services has never been so simple and convenient. The app offers many customization options to meet the user’s needs and provides automatic pricing, making it easier for the Client to make a choice and for the Worker to understand the details of the order. Nooki offers a wide range of features for Clients. In just a few simple steps, they can choose the type of cleaning and the tasks to be performed. Thanks to the task list, Clients always know which tasks are included in the service. They can also book a specific worker and rate their performance, much like the well-known Booksy app. The repeat order feature eliminates the need to fill out the order again. We have also implemented a loyalty program and a referral program to increase the number of app users. Workers using the app can view their reservations, summarize their working hours and earnings, and access GPS navigation to the Client’s location. Both the Worker and the Client can change the service date upon mutual confirmation. The app also has an intuitive Admin Panel using FireCMS for comprehensive management of users, reservations, and payments. The technologies we used in the project allowed for efficient use of the development stage. Flutter, Google’s cross-platform technology, ensures seamless functionality of the mobile application on various devices and platforms, whether we are using the app on iOS or Android. Flutter enables a single codebase for multiple devices. With FireCMS, we significantly shortened the programming phase of the Admin Panel compared to building this part of the application from scratch. FireCMS allows for content management on the administrative side, offering a user-friendly interface. Complementing the project is the landing page we created, which encourages downloading the app from the App Store and Google Play, showcases the features and benefits of Nooki, and includes user testimonials.
